The Bechtelsville route 100 location experience was horrible. Ordered sweet tea and hot coffee. When arrived at drive thru... window, they sweet tea was out, coffee was cold. I accepted green tea substitute, but asked why coffee is luke warm/cold theguy who just was dancing in front of a female customer, seemed upset I was still at drive-thru window, just snarled and walkedaway. I will never go to this location again. This location has had several problems other community members yell me. Thank GodWawa just opened up the road. Very sad over this Dunkin experience. Read more
They rarely get your order right. State order twice still comes out wrong. Donuts never taste fresh.
The drink on the right is from the Dunkin on route 100 in Fogelsville. My lattes look and taste just like an iced coffee. I went... to another Dunkin and ordered the exact drink-iced latte with oatmilk. The one on the left is an actual latte while the right iswatered down coffee with a splash of oatmilk. Super annoying to be charged for a latte and given an iced coffee. Read more
I come to this location frequently and normally I always receive a good iced coffee but this morning I took my first sip and... almost spit it out instantly. It taste like dirt water and the color of it was NOT how I like it so I knew immediately it wasn?tgoing to be good. All I asked for was cream and extra vanilla swirl and I don?t think either of those were added to my coffee.They also turned off the mobile ordering for this location on the app and I assume it?s because they can?t keep up with thedemand in the mornings. I believe they are short staffed and when they do get a new hire they just can?t keep up with the fastpace. I don?t understand why there is such a difference between this location and the Phila Ave location. Read more
I hate to leave a negative review, almost never do, but your store is very frustrating. If I was getting a 99 cent gas station... coffee, and it was terrible... I would understand that. But when I am paying $6 for a latte, it would be awesome if it couldcome out HOT! My latte came out of the drive thru so cold today that I thought you had 2 cups on it, because it was completelyrefrigerator cold. Not to mention, that it takes 10 minutes per car to get through your drive thru... and I was the only personthere. In 10 minutes, for $6... you can't manage to make a hot coffee come out hot? I'm sorry, but if you want to charge apremium price for something... you should at least be able to make it fresh and in some sort of timely manner! Read more
Honestly giving this location even one star is being generous. I go here because it?s literally 15 minutes from my house and... EVERY time I come here there is an issue with my order. I asked for avocado toast with bacon and I get it with literally 2pieces of shredded bacon and barely any avocado. They literally do not understand how to add cream to your coffee and when youask for a refund because they just can?t seem to get it right, they don?t want to give you all your money back, they try to giveyou incorrect change. Whoever runs this place seriously SERIOUSLY needs to ?secret shop? this location one day out of the blueand retrain and get to the bottom of what?s going on at this location. Having to wait 16 minutes for your order you would thinkthat would give them plenty of time to get it correct. Terrible service, go to Gilbertsville a little up the road. Read more
After waiting 5 minutes for service and checking out waited 10 minutes for a bagel only to be told they weren't ready and it... would be about 10 minutes. Paid extra for the bagel only to get a muffin. No sorry or we'll throw you a donut for the wait.Should have went to McDonald's or Wawa. Read more
