Went to call in a order for 3 sandwiches and was told that they can not do that. I asked why and was told that they are to busy... to take a call in order. How are you going to refuse someone calling sandwiches in even if you are busy? But you have time toanswer the phone. The person on the phone was rude and not pleasant which is not a surprise for this location. Ben in there andhad to wait to order because the staff was in the back talking. Out of pretzels, out of ice. I don?t understand, is the Auntie Ann?s attached only restocked once a month? Employees asked if no... ice was ok in my lemonade I said fine and filled it with ice at the coke machine 3 feet to the right. Offered no alternative tono pretzels not even a ?hey I?ll make some more wanna wait?? Sucks there is no Auntie Ann?s anywhere closer or I would go thereinstead. Read more
Slow slow slow. Never should have let Deb go! The new employees can't handle 2 or 3 customers at 930 am when Deb could take care... of 8 of us everyday no problem. Do whatever it takes to get her back..... your losing alot of business without her! Read more
Went into the store on,the evening of February 4th. Was told upon waiting in line for 5 minutes they have no lettuce or onions... or Italian rolls. Last time i,checked this store sold hoagies and those toppings are pretty important to that business. Maybethey need new shift managers or inventory managers or just management in general. Read more
