The burrito was delicious and girl behind counter very friendly, but was suprised by what I saw next. I sat down to eat at... 7:35pm before closing at 8pm. A minute later an employee puts a hand-written sign in the window that dine-in closes at 7:30. Isaw a lady refused to be served who came in at 7:55. Then the employee comes over to me to remind me they close at 8. Actually Ithink he was going to ask me to leave, but I had a few bites left and told him I'd leave before they closed. I wondered if theywere making these decisions on their own, or if the owner approves, but I don't think it's good customer service to handlethings like this before closing time. Read more

New to the area, hot heads sounded good. I was extremely hungry so I ask for double meats. I received one scoop and have always... gotten 2 scoops at other locations. Ordered online and when my husband went to pick it up at the time mentioned, nothing was ready. Three kids goofing around and... not one of them in any hurry to take care of customers. I saw another guy wait at the counter for a while and leave( he was theonly one in line and no one attended to him) Food was average , didn?t taste fresh at all rice was hard, meat was cold.Definitely will not recommend. When we first entered the employees were laying on the floor up near the entrance. No responsible looking adult anywhere to be... found. The place does not have a clean feeling. I was there on Labor Day, No Manager in sight but 4 workers, with one young girl working by herself, helping ALL the Customers, ... while the three boys goofing around in back, laughing and sitting on their phones. The Food was HORRIBLE. The Chicken was dryand hard, they were out of just about everything. I found a hair in my food, I will be going to Chipolte next time. Read more

Food was okay. Couldn't get what i wanted due to the truck not arriving. They were out of a lot of stuff. Cant really fault the... location. I work in logistics and its a mess right now. I just wish i knew they were out of stuff before i had them start makingmy bowl I would have went elsewhere. Nice people though no complaints on the employees. Read more
