Super yummy! The ingredients were fresh, especially when it came to the cashew chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly. We ordered egg drop soup, veggie lo mein, veggie pad thai, and the spicy eggplant dish. All of the prices were at least a few... dollars more per dish than restaurants in the area with similar menus. First the bad. The egg drop soup was pretty bland, anddefinitely not worth the upcharge compared to nearby restaurants. And the spicy eggplant tasted like pure sugar with very littleother flavoring besides spiciness. But, it did have a large portion of veggies. For the good, this was probably the best lomein and pad thai we've ever had. The lo mein was moist and flavorful. The pad thai was phenomenal, in a rich nutty sauce.Warning that the pad thai came covered in unexpected cilantro, so order it without if you're like me and don't like cilantro.For this reason, I wish they'd list on the website what is in each dish. Edit, we went again and ordered veggie pad thai,veggie fried rice, veggie lo mein, and hot and sour soup. The fried rice was insanely bland, nowhere near worth $10. The hot andsour soup was good, but not worth the upcharge compared to other restaurants. We won't order it again. The pad thai and lo meinwere again good, but not amazing. We are Chinese food aficionados, my companion is a food scientist. Sun Garden is our favorite. Subtle spicey flavors are always... spot on. The sauces are delicious, egg and spring rolls fresh, portions allow at least 1 extra meal. Highly recommend SunGarden! Dr. RS Read more
