Captain D'S claims to give a 25% discount to veterans but this is mostly a lie...I showed them my ID twice and got 10%... off...lol...they don't ask if you're veteran or senior....problem probably with the local owner and not the people that workthere...I got fish once that was about 1/2 inch wide...a little bigger than a pencil...they could do a lot better....also, mostveterans do not have a military ID after they have been out of the military a few years... 7-18-2022- me and my son haven't eaten here in a very long time so we decided to get something that was fairly quick. I ordered... a meal with shrimp, fish, macaroni and cheese and my boy got him basically the same meal. The food was excellent and didn't seemthat like it had been sitting. The survice was great. If you haven't visited this Captain D's location lately, you need to. I visited today, November 24, 2019. I was highly impressed... with the service of this store. The crew on duty was super friendly and was all about customer service. This says a lot for thestore manager and his staff. The food was delicious and the store was clean. What a great evening of dining by ourselves. With a few candles, it might have been romantic. However, we did miss the catsup... tonight, they were out so Mr. Heinz couldn't join us in the empty dining area. Maybe everyone else ate early. It was almost 6:30pm. Read more
