My son, wife and I loved eating at the IHOP in Beckley, WV. Ask for Michael as your waiter, I promise you will not be... disappointed. Outstanding turn around. Promptly greeted upon walking in, seated quickly despite a busy dining room. Server was attentive, and... lively. Food was served hot, and as it should be. Completely different staff. One of the Owners personally came to our table and was a very pleasant guy! A few months ago if I... had written this review it would not be the same. They were highly under staffed. Waits were really long.. And covid. The havereally turned this place around! Last few trips here has been phenomenal service! We were quickly seated and menu's all laid onthe tables before we were seated. We got super fast service and they had just gotten there fall menu. I'm all about Pumpkinspice pancakes ???? They have the Ihoppy hour $6 menu and it's very affordable. The chef even made our girls Mickey mousepancakes and they were complements on the house. Stopped by for brunch and was not disappointed. The place was busy but got a seat relatively quick. Restaurant was clean and... well kept. Food was cooked made to order and brought out still hot and fresh. Good meal and will be back. Read more
Under new management so we decided to give it another try. The service was very good and accurate. They have some really good... deals too. The food was quick and good. The French toast was delicious. Be sure to get the cream cheese icing stuff too. (Itcame on the kids pancakes... yum) Read more
