Service time to be seated. Maybe not even 10 mins. I say about 5 mins. The most. Food. Omgawsh. The food was amazing. From... salad, to bread sticks to all the food we ate that night. Which was all so my birthday. I got a free piece of cake for mebirthday as well. It was deducted from the bill. Our waiter was super nice and friendly. I did ask one of the other employeeswhere the bathroom was. My son had to go to the bathroom. She pointed at the front desk. Walk out the door. I had to ask someoneat the front desk. Absolutely fantastic place for dinner! Food was delicious and the servings were way more than needed. You will definitely be... taking left over homes! Bar tender made delicious drinks (especially Amaretto Sours lol) and our server/waitress was super kind,friendly, helpful and constantly checked in on us! Beautiful atmosphere! Had the soup and salad. The soup I chose was not ready so we waited about 20 mins before it came. The wait staff was excellent... and the food was great. I understand about not being able to hire staff these days so I don't blame the cooks. This is an owner/manager issue . They are responsible for hiring and paying a great wage... no matter the excuse.. they failed . Read more

Lost count of how many Olive Gardens I have visited across the country, and this one just happened to pop up on one of the... suggestions when we were searching for dinner places around Beckley... Of course tried the Chicken and Gnocchi soup (bowls of itwith refills) with the delicious fresh bread they serve... Tried a new item on the menu called Shrimp Fritto Misto which wasextremely delicious... For entrees tried the Shrimp and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara... Youcan literally drown yourself in cheese at this chain... No complaints, Olive Garden never disappoints! Read more
