Expensive for a slice of pizza which is of poor quality. I have been to other sbarro locations and this location is not good.... Very slow service for a travel plaza. Veg pizza was a joke with just a slice of green pepper for the whole slice. When they areselling by slice with high price why not add few more toppings per slice !! Read more
If you?re charging $6 for a single slice of pizza, you best be giving the customer the biggest slice on the pan and work down to... the smaller ones. Gave me what amounts to a normal sized slice when there were four other slices much larger than this one onthe tray. Just common sense and good customer service if the pizza isn?t equally cut right. We tried eating here several times throughout 2 years giving a benefit of doubt but this was the last time. Prices are too high... for such a poor quality of food. Pizza is blah, pasta is overcooked and bland. Breadsticks are alright but paying $30+ to eatjust breadsticks is definitely not worth it. Read more
Place is a joke. Don?t even bother coming here. Waited in a line of 20 people. They told everyone they were not serving anymore... pizzas (as they just put a fresh one in the oven) everyone leaves and I?m like ?hey can I just buy that whole pizza? They closethe gate thing right in front of me and say no we?re closed. Supposed to be open until 8 this was at 630. Ridiculous. Read more
Came in the food court at 5:30 to find this store closed. The gate was down but no signs were up. The store hours were posted... on the door saying they were open until 8:00. I was very disappointed. We got the attention of the employees in that back andasked if they were closed for the night and all we got was yes. Not a good way to run a business. Read more
Stood there for around 5 mins being ignored. Figured maybe I needed to order at the register so i moved over there and when i... did, they started taking the order of the people behind me! Totally skipped me! Not a word said. I only took 2 steps to getsomeones attention. Poor service! My choices were get in the back of the line or leave so I left. Read more
They greeted us with ?we only have pepperoni? the other employee said they were done after this pizza and then closed the gates... before 2:30 pm. The workers left with all the lights still on, pizza ovens still smoking and on, and didn?t clean up a thing. Read more
Management Issues At It?s Best!!! Was here several times in the past as I park my truck here allot since it?s a travel plaza and... in the past this place was awesome over my past few visits this place has went totally ridiculous. No pepperoni what pizza shopdoesn?t have this item or allows theirselves to run out of the #1 topping in the pizza industry, today the line was enormouslylong and people were walking out cause of computer issues with what is spouts to be a register I stood in line for like 35minutes just waiting to pay while all this is going on the manager was too busy to handle the issues at hand since she was inthe back counting money in the drawer she removed from the register, being a high volume travel plaza this is totally uncalledfor, I can?t blame and employee they were trying and I give the employees 10 stars for trying, but for management to ignore theissue I?m sorry I gave it one star but it shouldn?t even be that.
