So good. Stopped here on the way home from Myrtle Beach and had very quick service. Tavis took our order right away and came out... within 5-10 minutes, even apologized for the long wait, even though it was quick. The burgers were flavorful, juicy, and big. Igot the #3 and my girlfriend got the #1. We also got an Oreo with Reese?s milkshake which was very good as well. Read more

This time was surprisingly better because maybe they noticed my daughters were ordering their own meals..Also because they were... paying with their money they earned..but they were happy with the foods taste and that it was fresh. My daughter's are way toovocal but since they didn't have anything negative to say I wanted to post and say they were satisfied and asked to go backagain tomorrow!. Read more

worst customer service, Waiting 1 hour for our meal. they refused to make onion rings when we ordered them, even on the burger... that has onion rings on them. and every week when we ask if they have onion rings, they always say "sorry but we ran out ofonion rings". Not worth going to, save your money for another burger place. They will get your order wrong, and expect you to beok with it. Had a talk with the manager at one point, and he made sure our order was correct, BUT, he seemed to be the only onedoing any actual work at the time. This location, wouldn't mind seeing it shut down, there's no excuse for this level ofcustomer service. Read more

Well the the first hamburger I had here was really tasty, the 2nd one not so much since I saw it being made. The cook was... cleaning one the grills with a scraper and after touching scraper he touched my meat patties and pressed them down on bun, thenwent back to scraping, all I could think of was how many other people touched that scraper. One of the nicest looking sonics in the nation, I?ve been to many across many states, the problem is the food is consistently... the worst in the nation. The staff are rude, thoughtless and don?t seem to care about their jobs. The only orders are usuallywrong a minimum of one time, sometimes they get it wrong multiple times and when you do finally get it, the taste is terrible.They do not seem to change the grease in the fryers or clean the grills. I?ve gave this place many tries. I?m local. Usually a 15-25 min wait even if you are the only person in the drive through.... Please expect a 2-3 minute wait for someone to respond on the intercom. They often do not have an all day menu because they saythey will have to wait 15 mins for a burger or the chili isn?t warmed. Usually only one person working the mornings. They haveto take the order and cook. I feel bad for them. I can?t believe a new business like this is being managed this way. It willfail if it does not change. Read more

First time taking the folks. Used drive thru since it was so hot. They enjoyed the burgers and shakes but the fries were no... good. Rubbery and dark in color like they sat for a little time. $30 plus for 3 people on cheeseburger French fries, andupgrade to medium shakes for drinks. Read more

I ordered ahead on the app , when I get there , the app says I am not near the location. So I wait 10 minutes for someone to... acknowledge that I pressed the #3 , then another 10 minutes for my order that should've been ready when I got there . That wasenough to annoy me , but it gets worse for some reason my fries were cold and hard , although the bag with the cheeseburgerswere warm . I take my food home and attempt to heat my fries. There was no saving them and 1 of the burgers had a big burn onabout a fourth of the bun. They didn't taste very good either. My drink was completely filled with ice also . Complete waste ofmy money . I know the place is pretty new but this is ridiculous. Please train your employees better . Read more
