They have sit-down service with real waiters. The food is excellent especially, the sirloin steak. The sirloin steak is better... than any I have had at a steakhouse. Is almost fork tender and very flavorful. I had the bourbon 8 oz sirloin steak with grilledvegetables and mashed potatoes and gravy. It was delicious! Read more
Worst Denny's Ever . 3 times in a row failed in every way.. * Let me pay with card, only to tell me after taking payment that... they are short staffed & WILL NOT MAKE MY FOOD. & No manager to refund to my card. *Took over a week to get any kinda "help" tofix problem.. still no food or money returned *They say problem fixed. Money returned & a gift card for my trouble is waiting atthe store.. * Went to collect gift card. It wasnt there.. its been a week.. & still no refund on my card.. Going on 2 weeks..still no card, still no refund to bank.. Stopped in again when manager there. Got my gift card, but still waiting onrefund.. The customer help number is no help.. Zero help.. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Me my grandparents and my daughter all thought Denny's would be a good idea. We came in and we?re seated at a... table that was dirty, we ordered our food and it took 45 - 50 minutes to get it even though they were not busy. They didn?toffer a drink refill the entire wait for food. We got our boneless Buffalo wings and were shocked to bite into completely rawchicken? I?m pregnant.. they seemed like they didn?t really care that it was raw and just kinda wrote it off as no big deal?said they just got new grease for the fryer and that?s why it didn?t cook properly. I was in a party of 4. My order was perfect & very tasty. 2 other persons in the party had to reorder items off the menu, since... they were out of stock on that item.
