Not sure what happened in the past year or two, but we ordered pizza to go back then. Food was great, staff was friendly,... would've considered frequenting more if we were closer. Happened to be around a few weeks ago, decided to order. Big mistake!Food has gone waaayyy downhill with regards to both quality and taste. Made my order wrong, didn't even apologize. Looked up theorder and said "Well, thats the way it was rung up". Mind you, I ordered over the phone. The manager was trying to make as if itwas my fault and that I ordered it wrong! Just told me to give them the wrong pizza back so they could throw it out, andthey'll make a new one, but they are busy so it'll be at least a 30 minute wait. When I asked why my kids (who were very hungryand didn't care if there were mushrooms on it, I can't eat them, ????) can't eat the wrong one while they make the right one? Iwas told "Because that's not the way we do it!" And very rudely, might I add. Needless to say, kids ate the pizza and I foundsomething else for dinner. We won't be back there. Not sure about their pizza but I can definitely say that the supreme Stromboli Taste horrible and didn't have nothing on it. It... looked and tasted like a regular Stromboli. I had to eat something else to get that burnt taste out of my mouth. And when wecalled them. They were very rude and said I don't know what to tell you. I know what to tell them keep your attitude and yourgarbage can food. Not sure what all this hype about such a Great place to eat. But someone must have burned out taste buds. Read more

Probably our favorite pizza place in Bedford. They have pretty good deals and with a family of 7, the Thursday deal is great! We... love that they use crumble sausage. The pizza sauce for the breadsticks is great. All in all, it's good pizza for the money. Read more

Having ate at the Mitchell location, I really wanted to try the original location here in Bedford. Upon entering the... restaurant, we were told we could sit wherever we wanted. The restaurant was clean. We chose our table as the only patrons inthe restaurant (11am). Waitress took our drink order. We received our drinks really quick. Placed our order around 11:07. Duringour wait for our order there were 2 carry outs that must have called ahead. We didn't receive our food until 11:40. Notimpressed with the amount of time we had to wait. The breadsticks came first and unfortunately they didn't have the crispnessthat those at Mitchell have. They have a flaky crispy snap to those. These here in bedford were just a chewy dough. Flavor wasstill good. Cheese has a bit of spice. The pizza was a thinner crust (personal pan, pepperoni) dough had good flavor, sauce hadgood flavor. Cheese was a bit on the greasy side. Pepperoni had a nice spice to them. The crust of the pizza had that flaky,crispness that I so desired on those breadsticks. All in all the pizza was on point. Very good pizza. A tad greasy. Much to mydisappointment the Waitress was nice. All the 1 star reviews suggest a rude customer service, so I was kinda looking forwardto that, unfortunately she was pleasant. Better luck next time I suppose. Pros: Really good pizza. Fantastic crust. Fair price.Nice waitstaff. Cons: Doughy breadsticks (need the same snap the pizza crust has), longer than expected wait for food, nicewaitstaff. All in all it was a great experience. The atmosphere is better than the food. Just average Italian. But it's good enough even the Dutch will spend money here.
