These people needs to be taught how to talk and how to operate a restaurant, pretty bad customer service. Multiple people on the... microphone at once which makes it hard to understand. I understand it?s KFC but Management really needs to invest sometimedeveloping the team?s professionalism. We went through the drive thru at 5:30 on August 2nd and the woman was rude she shut the drive thru window in my face when she... brought our food she threw it in the car at me she shouldn't work her also the sandwiches was terrible and was fatty.
