The food was good and the service was quick and friendly. The restaurant looks clean and offers inside dining, although it is... served in carry out bags. I got the bowl and it was good but not very hot. The cost wasn't too bad given how much food we got.Overall, good job. Read more
These people needs to be taught how to talk and how to operate a restaurant, pretty bad customer service. Multiple people on the... microphone at once which makes it hard to understand. I understand it?s KFC but Management really needs to invest sometimedeveloping the team?s professionalism. We went through the drive thru at 5:30 on August 2nd and the woman was rude she shut the drive thru window in my face when she... brought our food she threw it in the car at me she shouldn't work her also the sandwiches was terrible and was fatty. The food is good....when they have it. The service is awful 90% of the time. There is only one person that works there who is... friendly and doesn't want to tell me all of her problems or talks about other employees while I'm waiting at the drive through.Everyone else acts like they are inconvenienced by everything. My last visit, i listened to the manager or shift lead girl yellat the drive through attendant for having the slider open too long. When my food was done, instead of handing it to me so icould leave, she sat it by the register until the attendant returned to the window. It would be much better if the staffunderstood that they work in a service industry. Read more
Lady working was nice. The fries were stale and the biscuit had mold.. Clearly they?re serving old food, or they?re not storing... it correctly. They should have someone check that out. Read more
