Kids pizza was frozen the chili was out of a can and overall just not worth going they no longer do fresh bread either as i was... informed and their spud was nasty the ham on it was slimy and smelled like it sat out too long. We live in Orleans and drive to Bedford just to get Mcalister's . 3 time's lately I have gotten home and found out that the... large soup is only half full. For what they charge for a bowl of soup I expect it to be full. Tonight we go get 2 bowls ofpotatoe soup and it was full for once. But it was the awefulest potato soup I've ever had in my life. Hardly any potatoes, itwas either watered down or barely cooked. It had no cheese in it or bacon bits or any of the finishing touches they put in it.It was aweful and we had a spud max and it wasn't done. You need to get your act together. I'm not sure I will be returning.Which is a shame I love your food. But if you cant seem to cook it right I will go somewhere else and eat. So disappointed ???????? ???? Read more
I haven?t been here in a long time because my order has always come out wrong. And McAlisters already isn?t cheap, especially... when you?re constantly getting something made incorrectly. I came in today once I heard there was new management and ordered atthe store for carry out, hoping improvements had been made. A choose two with a caesar salad and ultimate nachos. The fact thatmy card stuck to the counter when ordering should?ve been my first sign to back out slowly? I briefly checked my bag looking forsalad dressing (something always forgotten in the past) and it was in the salad box. I assumed this meant they somehow managedto fit the nacho toppings in with the chips, or perhaps built the nachos rather than giving a cup on the side like they had inthe past. Too afraid to open the potential mess in my car, I drove home where I discovered I had no nacho toppings or silverwarefor my salad. I paid $11 for lettuce with 2 croutons and tortilla chips. If I wanted plain tortilla chips, I had those at homeand could?ve saved myself the drive and money. This is absolutely something I would?ve driven back to fix, except I wouldn?thave made it in time since I know this location habitually closes early. I was recommended McAlester?s a few times for a place with decent food so I finally gave it a chance and honestly I wasn?t... impressed with the establishment as a whole. Not only was my food wrong but the table was absolutely filthy and stickier thanthe gum my friend was chewing. I honestly expected way better. Read more
it?s true, the place is filthy. there was literally only one cleared table to sit. i tried to email someone to let them know the... condition of their business but the web site listed email address isn?t valid. good luck keeping this place open. Read more

We weren't asked if we wanted pickles. After paying and sitting down we realized we had paid $1.50 a piece for pickle spears and... they were only 1/4 of a spear.
