I have had delivery from a countless numbers of papa johns over the years, and several occasions from the Bedford location. The... Bedford location has been plagued with issues every single time I?ve ordered. I expected no different today. However what Ididn?t expect was after waiting 1 hour and 40min for my pizza and spending 10 min on hold to check on it until someone finallyanswered, I was informed that oh your pizza is just now coming out of the oven and it will be there shortly. This also after theso called ?PAPA TRACKER? said it was on its way 1 hr prior. The management is always less than helpful and the staff thatanswers the phone and has no clue what?s going on half the time. This is by far the absolute worst Papa Johns I have everencountered. With the level of service they provide, closing the doors might be a great idea. This will be my last order. Read more
Just ordered Papa John?s as a last minute late supper around 9:30pm. This was sooooo good. It was fresh, hot and loaded with... toppings and so fast! We had Marcos on Saturday and this Papa John?s beat Marcos hands down?I think we found a new favorite! Read more
Usually pretty happy with everything we get from Papa Johns. Tonight, we decided to try the New York style pizza and the spicy... pepperoni rolls. My husband loved the rolls, but we both felt that the pizza was not much different than a regular pizza. Itdidn?t look anything like it did in the pictures, so kind of disappointing. Plus, the garlic sauce that was inside was opened,so it wasn?t even usable. Read more

Other people are right....not the place is used to be. Items missing from my order almost every time any more. When picking up,... I literally have to open every box before leaving to see what's been left out. They get things right maybe 1 time out of 5 atbest. Not sure if they have a different owner or manager but definitely not what they used to be. Read more
The only reason I'm giving three Stars is that my order was delivered by a great friendly driver that happened to be a neighbor... and the contents were right. The pizza itself was luke warm, sparse on toppings this was literally the worst take out Pizza Ihave ordered in years. I would have had a better pizza taking a Great Value frozen WalMart Pizza and baking it at home for athird the price and not been feeling queasy. The Bedford Papa John's manager refunded my order total so I am happy they made itright. Read more
I Order from papa John got frequently and usually rarely have any issues.. But tonight I did a online order like usual and... choose to pay with cash because that?s all I had at the time , and well my bill was almost $50 bucks and all I had was $ 100 onme. So I called to let them know before they delivered so they would know in advance . But they refused and said they couldn?texcept a $100.. I don?t see this issue when my bill was quit a bit n beginning. I have order from other pizza places andrestaurants and as long as I told them in advance that?s what I had then there was no issue.. They could have brought along oneof the markers to make sure it was real and not a fake bill.. I just feel Like that could had worked with me but they said theycould take my card and that?s it but I did t have money on my card at this time..specially since I was curious to call them tolet them know in advance so they could be prepared before they came but instead I had to cancel my order.. We where excited to eat our pizza but when we got it the dough was extremely raw as in still moldable and able to snap back it... was disgusting and we had to stick it in our own oven as it was clearly not done the only thing right was the soda Read more
