Heard nothing but negative things about this location when moving tp the area, but in the last month I?ve stopped in three times... and the service was prompt and pleasant and the food was cooked properly and everything I ordered was fresh and delicious. I placed an order for pickup at 310 I arrived a few minutes early, both people were hanging outside the store. I was asked if I... had an order, they proceeded to complain that I was early and wanting me to pay. I proceeded to let them know I had to leave dueto having to get to work. The so called gm started talking to the lady and said "we have a time limit" Yes you are on a timelimit especially when people order something for pickup at a certain time. Upon getting my order he gets cocky saying "next timegive me a better challenge" when I tell him there will not be another one he starts using obscene language. Read more

I give four stars because they were open until ten and it was 9:20 and my son, who I hadn't seen in 3 years just arrived in town... after serving our country (USArmy) and he was hungry. Not too many places were open but Penn Station is always a favorite. Weordered, got out drink cups and while waiting for our food, we sat down. About a minute later, a worked yelled at us over thecounter to get up because we couldn't sit down because dine in was only until 10. Instead of causing a scene, we promptly andpolitely got up...but really? We were awaiting our food! But, if open, why not allow us to sit. Confused regular customer here. Read more

The service was slow, which I?m not complaining about in any way, because I know a lot of places are short handed, but just... letting you know about the wait time. I?m understanding on that point. Server at the counter could have been a littlefriendlier, she seemed like she didn?t want to be there, even though they had just opened! Sandwiches were delicious, fries werea little overcooked. I specifically ordered a vegetarian sub. I asked for lots of grilled mushrooms lots of bell pepper. And grilled onions. My... sandwich came and the bread was small and thin. I?ve never had such a small sandwich from any other pen station. There werebarely any mushrooms or bell peppers. When I requested they get me more they acted annoyed but reluctantly did so. When I dumpedthe mushrooms on several pieces of ham fell onto my sub. I HAVE A PORK ALLERGY. This is basic cross contamination that shouldnot be happening... if they can?t even fallow the basic cooking guidelines how can they keep the place clean and safe fromcovid. On the covid note they had a sign that stated I needed to request a new cup for each refill of soda I got 3 total thefirst one they gave happily.
