Food was barely warm. Instead of getting a full order of cinnamon sticks I get a half order of them and some garlic bread...... pretty much anything I really wanted was out of stock... Worst experience ever!! Read more

Food is good but last two times I've ate there or tried to have food delivered the service was terrible. Inside dining was... like a truck stop. Never received my delivery and have yet to get my money back. Read more

Understaffed, poor service, pizza wasn't sliced when they brought it to the table, was there for 2 hours, they no longer serve... beer, bathroom was disgusting!! Food was awful, waitress was even missing her front teeth. Pizza hut used to be fun when I wasyoung, had arcade games like Pac man a ND frogger, was packed, service was great. Now it's just a ran down shell of the place itOnce was. It's just a sign of the times unfortunately. Read more

Depends on who is working usually was quite good, but last time was horrible. The food was set out for awhile, dinning closed... (which is okay,just annoying),the QR code menus did not work, breadsticks hard like no seasoning, and cinnamon sticks nocinnamon. They forgot the cheese sauce (luckily I checked box for it before leaving since this is a common issue anywhere) wasquite disappointed this past time. Would give it 2 stars if they had not been so great the past times before this. I hope nexttime I visit it is improved. Read more

I just have to say, we just ordered a Detroit Pizza, and it's the best pizza you have ever made. Are you going to be putting it... on the menu permanently? I sure do hope so. We usually don't order Pizza Hut pizza. We usually order Domino's or Marcos. If youkeep this on the menu, this is going to be the only one we ever order. It's the best! Read more

The food was good, and it was reasonably easy to order on the app. I know a lot of it had to do with their staffing, but I still... had to wait another 20 minutes for my order beyond when they told me it would be done. I hope they're able to get enough peopleto take care of the wait times. Read more

I want to start off by saying the manager and the lady made the situation "right". They were pleasant and listened to our... situation. Now, for the details: we ordered a box with two pan pizzas, a pasta, and cheese sticks. We drove 15 minutes therethen 15 minutes back home only to realize one pizza was wrong. My husband attempted to call, reached the call center and wasconnected with this store. Someone answered, breathed into the phone then immediately hung up. So, back into the car and another15 minutes there. The gent who originally took our order saw us and ignored us. That's where the lady comes in. I wish I caughther name. She took responsibility for the error and had our pizza remade. She was kind and helped remedy the situation. We weregiven free bread sticks for the trouble. The manager was nice and even gave us a credit towards a future visit, if we decide tocome back. This was our first visit here and we're not sure if we'll be back. Service from the store was good when in person. Myadvice is check your orders while you're there or when the driver is still present. Of course our food was cold (except theremade pizza) and we had to reheat it in our oven at home. Bummer we couldn't have it fresh. I hope to convince my husband totry again and hopefully give a better review/update. The food tasted great! Read more

Pam is the woman who takes orders (day shift) M-F and she is SO NICE! She listened as I poorly explained my difficult order (I... have autism and get a little weird about things). And when I didn't make sense, she got the manager, Natalie, who listened andfigured out what on Earth I was talking about. Natalie made my food special and it was awesome. They really went the extra 5miles I know it takes to accommodate me (sorry!). Clean, fast, and courteous! I was a dine-in. This place was so bad a coupleyears ago and it has IMPROVED so much!! I am happy to adjust my rating from 2 to 5 stars! Read more
