Food good, ordering was confusing compared to the other subways. Only had 2 types of breads. Cookies were soft and good.

I always order online for pickup. I have no complaint about the people making the food....they've always been nice as can be and... my order is always correct. My complaint is with the ownership of this store who apparently are no longer accepting coupons. Thesize has shrunk and shrunk, prices have climbed, and without using a coupon, your food is NOT worth the high prices. I'm notpaying $23 for a couple shrunken footlongs or $27 if I add a few strips of bacon. Please close up so maybe a good sub shop willcome to town. Read more

I ordered two of the number one foot longs. One with a Coke the other with sweet tea. I asked for tomatoes and chipotle sauce... for one sandwich. They definitely were a little heavy on the sauce however the sandwiches were good. The tea could be a littlesweeter. If your like me and like the southern Diabetes tea. If you like it just a little sweet then it?d be a good fit for you.The wait was a little long, only because I believe there was only one girl making sandwiches. So please remember to be patientwhile ordering and waiting on your food. You could tell by the sound of her voice she was a little overwhelmed however she waspolite and took our orders. Will eat there again. Read more

I?ve been to this specific subway three times over a 2 year period. I am a frequent subway customer but I desperately try to... avoid this one. The wait is always ridiculous (even when there are no cars in front of you). The bread is always super staleand disintegrates in your hands, and every single time there?s been something wrong with my order. This time left me literallyshocked. So I waited in the drive thru there was one car in front of us. We waited 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. Then once we got to the speaker and the car I front of us drove off the subway employee told us one moment. Several minutes goby. Several minutes. And in the mean time we see one employee washing dishes the entire time (I assumed she was just adishwasher no big deal). While the drive thru person is waiting on people at the front the girl doing dishes is just continuingdishes. Cementing my belief she is strictly a dishwasher person. Then the woman taking orders tells me to go ahead and order. We order our ONE SANDWICH. Repeated topping for the sandwich after she read it back wrong. Then we pull up to pay and pay. And the ?dishwasher? is in there and we?re watch them make our sandwich which I didn?t see them put the Mayo on so when we gotit and looked and saw it didn?t have Mayo I tried calling. It took three calls of solid ringing before someone answered. Shetold me to come inside. I went inside and handed them my open sandwich and expected them to throw it away and remake it(protocol for any restaurant) nope. They took my open sandwich laid it on their counter next to the other customers sandwichesand then put the Mayo on it and handed it back to me, then went back to making the one other customers sandwiches. Him and Imade eye contact as I took my sandwich back out and left. Major health code violation? and why are they making customers wait50 minutes to get one sandwich that isn?t even made right!? By far the worst subs we've ever had from Subway. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken and the bread basically blew up in my hands when... I picked it up. It was extremely messy which caused the bread to basically disintegrate. Look at the spinach on the turkey sub.Absolutely disgusting. To say it was a waste of money is a understatement. We threw both subs in the trash. Better step up yourgame because Penn Station is crushing you locally. Read more
