Flatbread used to be our go to place for pizza, but no longer. Last night ordering takeout was extremely challenging and took... more than 15 minutes. No longer are you able to request a specific pick up time for your pizza, but the portion sizes are MUCHsmaller and topping scant on the pizza itself. I removed one star from my review since the place was very noisy and it was difficult to hold a conversation. Nothing which... cannot be fixed with a few well-placed soft wall-hangings and sound screens. As to the food! Well the food is simplyDIVINE!!!! Flatbed Company is hands down my favorite spot for fresh and tasty wood-fired pizza that I keep craving. Their community... flatbread is a must-try at all of their locations and it?s best with a drizzle of olive oil. I just wouldn?t recommend thisplace for take out? it?s best hot out of oven and it, given its thinness, tends to get hard when colder. Read more
Great food. Amazing waiting staff. Quality is always good. Have been here multiple times and never disappointed. Just a note-... Reservations over phone done for 8 or more people only. Any pizza can be modified with your likings. Made 3 vegetarian ones outof the menu. Read more

The food was really good, they make the pizzas in the wood fire clay oven right in front of you. The menu is simple and short... but the thin crust pizza is delicious. The ambiance was good too, it is a nice cozy place and there is plenty of space for alarge party of people to dine in. The service was realtively fast. There is plenty of parking outside. Read more
I continue on a quest for the best wood fired/brick oven pizza. Unfortunately this isn't it. I ordered a pie with pepperoni,... chicken, Carmelized onions, and fire roasted red pepper. This should have produced tons of flavor but alas, except for theonions it wasn't there. The server was excellent, cornflour and helpful. Read more
Feel bad shredding this place on yelp, google and Facebook but it deserves it. Here?s the story: We had plans to arrive at 6pm... with a friend (3 people total). They have a one hour call ahead. I called at 5pm and was told the place was empty so don'tworry. They said if we did have a concern to call back at 5:45pm, which we did and was told we still wouldn't have to wait. Wearrive at 6pm and told 40 minute wait. People who called an hour ahead all went in front of us. I asked why did they tell usthis information over the phone when we arrived it was absolute chaos and incorrect information they provided. No answer orresponse was given just told to continue to wait. Place might have good food - can't review that. But for service andcommunication this place sucks. So many other places in Burlington to eat. Read more
