Why, after all this time, is the dining room closed to the public??? You can't manage to keep 6 tables clean??? This is just... pure laziness on the part of the management here, there is no justifiable reason to keep a dining room closed at this late stageof the COVID game. I'm glad I was able to go enjoy my food outside in the 90 degree heat and eat on the curb instead of themhaving to make the efforts to wipe down tables. Adding to the frustration, they burnt our bagels, didn't put the extra creamcheese I requested, and didn't put a fork in my bag (so I could have been eating my Luke-warm hash browns with my hands, had Inot checked). Hopefully this isn't how they handle things like food storage or preparation, cleaning, etc. Read more
Was really pleased with their service from this location. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and I didn't realize that it came with a... sauce. After the sandwich was ready they offered to make me another without any hesitation. Very pleased with the results! Read more
One of my friends recommend and I have been getting my bagel sanwich and juice. fresh juices are bit pricey but I love it... because it's fresh. I usually ignore the receipts but once I noticed and saw free bagle's if you fill out an survey. so I did.and got bagels. I do not think customers ask for free bagels, the company gives this to promote their food and increase sales.What I noticed was at this location bunch of high school aged kids working and they're not respecting customers. Once I paid fora fresh juice and waiting for long and these kids were just standing and none of them preparing my order. They do not greetcustomers, and do not even like to give receipts for customers. these kids act like I am not giving you free bagels. so funny. Read more
Had my first experience here after living here for almost three years. Got an ?herby turkey?. Nothing really special, sun dried... tomato spread was a nice touch. But for the love of Mike - if you don?t have fresh lettuce at 1130 in the morning, leave itoff. EDIT: I reached out to Bruegger?s Bagels as they asked, but never heard from them. Read more

I?ve received multiple burnt bagels. I am friends with someone who works at another store and the bagels are being made... incorrectly by the weekend baker. I ordered 2 everything bagels with butter. There was no seasoning on them. When I went in fora refund(because this has happened so much I just wanted my money back) I was told ?we don?t do refunds? and instead they mademe one more bagel that was also lacking seasoning. Your employees in all departments need to be retrained. I did not end upeating the bagels and still did not get my refund. As someone who comes to this store a lot and being a bedford resident itsaddens me how many times I?ve had this stuff happen at this branch and I can no longer go because I do not trust that I willget what I?m paying for.
