This location is so filthy. They tried to give me brown lettuce for my salad?BROWN. Then asked me why I didn?t want it. Every... single item was nearly empty?had quite obviously been sitting for sometime, and they just give people the remnants. If they?reout of something they just say they don?t have any?.pretty sure they?re supposed to make more. No ones working because they areall outside smoking whatever. Gross. Close this location. I'm not usually a review guy, but I knew as soon as I was on my way out that I had to write one as soon as I got back. I ordered... my meal: extra sofritas, extra white rice, and black beans. I hadn't eaten yet today, so I was looking forward to my late lunchburrito. I get there, pick it up, drive back to work and sit down, only to open my burrito and find that there were no Sofritas,and honestly not a great amount of rice. I work customer service, and I've run shifts at food places before. I know thatmistakes happen. I head back to Chipotle, and the person who I would assume is the manager comes to tell me how sorry he is thatwe didn't have the sofritas. I was given a refund for my burrito and a new fresh bowl with plenty of rice and beans -Unfortunately lacking my ideal protein, but still wonderful service nonetheless. My only regret is not getting the name of theperson I spoke to, in order to put it here. Whoever was (i assume) running the shift 9/11 at around 3 PM absolutely needsrecognition as a good representative for this company. Read more

We go to so many of Chipotle restaurants and always a great experience. This one was not. First about 5 employees were in the... back left corner all were on there phones only one was ready to take our order. The place was dirty looked like no one had madean attempt to sweep the floor. No manager in the building so disappointing. Needs some training of staff for sure. Read more

The first time food was delicious and just right. After that it started going down hill today did it. The food had absolutely no... flavor at all so plain today. I felt there was no seasoning at all. Poor guy was working the line while 5 others were chattingit up and the line started to build up and no one stepped up to the plate plus he was cashing everyone out to. I got chargedwrong but I felt bad because he was basically doing it all and I didn?t want to cause a longer line. Read more

This store is incapable of getting a DoorDash order done correctly. If you eat here, go in person if you?d actually like to eat... what you?ve ordered. I?ve given them no less than 20 chances on DoorDash deliveries: If you order a salad with dressing, youwill never receive it. If you order a bowl, you?ll magically get extra ingredients you didn?t want, regardless of your foodsensitivities or allergies. It?s alarming considering labels with the order ingredients are slapped right on the lids. Read more

All of the food had brown guacamole. I would have not ordered the guac if I knew it would look like this. Would?ve saved $9. I... called the store, it?s like this because ?the humidity has been high the past few days?. So helpful tip for anyone: don?t go tothis chipotle when it?s humid, easy! I also tried to get a refund but it turns out you can?t get one from chipotle if youplaced your order through door dash. While chipotle would normally offer a refund, DoorDash won?t offer you anything!Congratulations! They?ve gamed the system so they can purposefully serve brown, rancid guac and not be financially penalized.Genius! They also told me on the phone that they could assure me it was made fresh this morning, though after tasting it I?mpretty sure that?s a lie. I couldn?t even swallow it, it was so concerningly bad. And if you take a look at how messy the tacosare, you?ll see all the guac is mixed with everything else! Impossible to separate. I have never written a review but this time I felt compelled to write one.because my expereince with this place was terrible. I... placed an order for two Chipotle Bowl Burritto through UberEats by selecting Chicken and Guacamole. I don't know what happened(I can admit a mistake on my end) but the order that was received and prepared by Chipotle was just Chicken and Guacamole (seepicture attached here). I asked the person that I was expecting a full buritto with other ingredients like rice, beans, sourcream, salsa, corn and lettuce. He was very rude and told me this is what he had received and prepared... and there is nothinghe can do, I need to place the order again and pay it again. I requested the person if the order I was picking up can be fixedbecause I paid full price for it but he didn't want to budge from his stance. I requested him to call the manager... he said heis the manager. I asked him his name and he said he will not tell me his name. This is the most rude behavior I have seen fromany of the restaurants. While it could be a problem while placing the order through UberEats, I expected that as a courtesy, hehad an opportunity to delight me by helping fix the order. It was very rude. DO NOT order on the app!!! I?ve ordered on the app several times now with the most recent being today. They barely give you... anything. I spent $12 on this... could?ve gone and grabbed a full poke bowl or a big meal for this price. I wish I could?verecorded me opening up my lifestyle bowl just so you could see how little they gave me. I will admit it does look like Iintentionally took pieces out but the image doesn?t lie. Not sure if it?s a staffing or supply issue but this Chipotle shouldreally focus on selling what they advertised on the app, especially volume wise. It?s a hit or miss here. I would recommendjust going in person if you have to order to at least get somewhat of your money?s worth. Read more
