Quick and efficient, and the first Starbucks I've seen with kids books! While we were here an elderly gentleman accidentally... spilled his drink, and they were quick to clean it up and make him a new one without making him feel bad. Great job Starbucks :) Read more
I tried to order a skinny peppermint mocha and was corrected twice I can not substitute for almond milk. I was then forced to... explain twice I can not have dairy. Then I was rudely told cranberry bliss bars can not be heated. Then I was almost charged 27dollars by this young Asian man. I want management to know how terrible the customer service is given by this young Asian manwho was working on November 20th at 3:30pm. Please coach him that people are allowed to substitute milk for any drink atStarbucks. I have never been treated so coldly so unfriendly so unwelcome and had such difficulty placing a simple drink orderthat I ended up just canceling the whole thing.
