I visited this place with my boyfriend for a date night. We got the fondue experience for two and it was deliciousss. Our server... was rhe sweetest and so kind in addressing to my gluten intolerance. They provided me with gluten free bread and also somwgluten free sweets. Our stomach was full and so was our hearts. UPDATE: Cate (Owner) was kind enough to invite us back for dinner and it was the experience we expected on our original visit. ... I can’t thank Cate enough for everything she did to make it right. We truly appreciated it and will definitely be backagain. I don’t even want to give one star! Worst experience we have ever had and we’ve gone to numerous melting pots indifferent states. Cheese came out cold with a dried film on the top so we send it back. Ask for another beer since we hadalready finished the one we had because after a half hour waitress never came back to check on us. Waitress has the nerve to askif we still want our cheese because our salads are done… what?! So she sends over manager who is all of maybe 20 and says whatcan I do to make you happy. We said we just wait to pay for our beer and leave (mind you it’s been an hour and zero food). Shethen asks if we want our salads boxed up? Great Experience we had. I had reserved the table for 2 as it was my Husband’s birthday. I had done the ad-on of balloons..... and it was absolutely pretty. Also a lady came by and clicked a picture of us and got it framed for us, which was absolutelysweet. Now talking about the food, it’s definitely bit pricey, but we loved it. I had mentioned that we are vegetarian anddon’t have eggs as well. The waitress took care of our choices and helped us out with an amazing fondue experience with tonsof vegetarian options. The cheese fondue was delicious, and the chocolate fondue, Dark and Dulce was heaven… A must visitplace even if you are a vegan or vegetarian as they had ton and tons of options in Vegan. Read more
It was my second time and first time in MA. This time me and my friends tried spinach artichoke for cheese fondue and yin yang... for chocolate fondue. Loved it. My friend liked it too, it was her first time. Last time also we were three together and we gotthe 4 course meal each which was so much to eat. So this time we did a la carte.
