Yesterday we had a double birthday party at Carrabbas in Bedford New Hampshire. There were nine of us, some from Cape Cod some... from Thornton New Hampshire and some from Attleboro. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was along with incrediblefood. They went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. Our waitress was amazing! She was so professional andfriendly! We didn?t want for anything! I just can?t say enough about this perfect experience! I will definitely be back and Ihighly recommend this restaurant. Joe was our waiter and he did a bang up job . Everything I had was excellent. The salad was tasty. The bread warm and... fresh My pasta primavera was very yummy and done up just right. I'll be back, Lord willing! Read more
I come here a lot but after tonight I don?t think I will be stepping foot. I had called ahead since it?s a Saturday and... understand that they are short staffed. Got there 40 minutes after calling and was told the wait would be another 45? noproblem. We waited another 2 hours. And people who were arriving after us were getting seated. Not only that, another tabledidn?t even get service and a lot of parties were leaving after waiting 2 hours. So not only did me and my family leavestarving, so did others. It is unacceptable. And telling me that after 2 hours we would be seated in 5 and still wait an extra15 to have other parties seated? Won?t be coming here again. Read more
My mother and I visited on September 10. Just to set the stage...the place was dead with maybe 10 customers and at least 4... waiters milling around. We were seated relatively quickly. Waitress took our drink orders and disappeared for what seemed likea very long time. She came back with our drinks and took our meal orders. The soup and salad took too forever to come and themeal took forever plus infinity it seemed. The Italian side salad was a joke. I guess the soup was ok. Both might have beenenhanced by some bread, which we never received. The food was flavorful. The pasta dish was a very generous portion, but theywere pretty stingy with the grilled Tuscan chicken - particularly for the price point. Read more
Went to dinner with my husband we waited about an hour. I was told at the beginning it was going to be an hour wait no problem.... Food was good but the waitress was lost had to tell him a few times the stuff I wanted because he will forget. And by this timeit was slowing down. First time we went to Carrabbas was in Tampa Florida and the food and service was excellent. Next time willhave to travel to Florida to get my perfect service. Read more
I haven't been to Carrabba's for over 3 years. The food is just as wonderful and delicious as it ever was. I had a waitress, ... Colisssa, only on the job 4 months but you would have thought she had been doing this for 4 years. She was very friendly,curtious, knowledgeable and attentive. I never felt rushed and everything was served in a timely fashion. Everything was cookedto perfection just the way I ordered it. Very clean, reasonable priced, great atmosphere and well organized staff. I willdefinitely be going back again soon. Read more
Chicken Marsala and Chicken Parmesan are what you should get here...its incredible. Service is very good here, though we did... call ahead for a reservation and when we showed up they told us we had to wait...which means they did not reserver at all andgave up our table. Luckily we did not even wait 5 minutes before being seated, so it wasn't a problem for us. I would come backagain for sure, the bread and oil is the best! Read more
I used Google to check on wait time before I went... 10-15 minutes. Not bad. When we arrived, we were told 30 minutes even... though we could clearly see a dozen ready tables. We opted to have a drink at the bar until our table was ready. The bar menuoffers draft beers, but the cooler has been broken for nearly a month. Not repaired "due to the national supply chain issues".Apparently the manager hasn't heard of coolers and craft beer on ice. Then we realized the hostess was seating people thatarrived after us at tables. Apparently the managers hadn't trained the staff to seat people in order of arrival. They wereshocked we paid attention. While ordering appetizers, we were told breaded, fried stuff is not available because the kitchenran out of house prepared breading mix. Apparently the management hadn't realized they were in very close walking proximity to 2grocery stores with bread products that could have been used to make house breading mix for parmagiana offerings or even friedmozzarella sticks, not to mention they had bread for dipping, but that would have been too obvious to the management. The foodserved was mediocre. The waitress did her best with even with the management imposed limitations. If this franchise is stillopen even a month from now, I will be surprised. No matter if they are, there are many other Italian venues we will choosebefore we ever return. Read more
