Food is always great however, something is always wrong with my order. Ordered my lunch today and paid online. Upon pick up... noticed my chips were missing (ordered Caso on the side for dipping). I asked the cashier and he pointed at my receipt and said"that number." I wasn't sure what he meant so I asked what does he mean. He than clarified I had to call the 1-844 number for arefund on the chips as they are out of stock. I could barely read the writing so I asked for a pen and the number and rewrotethe phone number myself. No apologies, nothing! To top that off, upon returning to work to eat my lunch with no chips, 3 itemswere missing (Grilled Veggies, Salsa, and cheese). NONE OF THIS WAS mentioned to me when I picked up the food. I paid nearly$15.00 for this! Very misleading! Website should be reflecting food items that are not available. I would have ordered elsewherehad I known this. This is not the first time having my order screwed up. Last time I ordered, my receipt fell behind theregister to be forgotten! Got that made 45 minutes after the original time it was supposed to be ready. Not happy at all withthis location. Won't be ordering from here again! Read more

My food was pretty bland and portions were very small. Poor value overall. Only one employee was nice. The girl in charge was... moody and bad at managing the customers and staff. She chose to rush her employees to do 10-20 online orders with the line outthe door. The online orders were apparently being taken by the wrong customers so some people left without food and no oneseemed to care? they also don?t have drinks they advertise having. This one is hit/miss depending on the day. In the afternoon it's usually fine. Today I went to pick up my order and I just saw... the state of the place. Trash all over the floor, the food preparation area was a mess and the workers were just fooling around.Really hope I don't get sick from what I ate. Cherry on top that they didn't include my chips with the order. Was going to saysomething but didn't want to wait another 10 minutes behind the other people with online order issues. Read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a chipotle. It seemed that all of the staff was under 18 which would be fine if... they were professional but none of them were taking there job seriously. The food didn't seem the quality it normally is and therestaurant was disgusting. They also did not seem to have any care when making my meal. My boyfriend used the bathroom and hadnoted there was vomit in the bathroom that had not been cleaned properly and was seemingly sitting there for hours. If I couldgive this place no stars I would. Fast service. Ordered organic lemonade but all lemonade dispensers were empty. They just gave me a Minute Maid lemonade from... soda dispenser. Read more

This has been the best location for getting Chipotle in my opinion. They have never messed up my order or delayed it or... cancelled it on me. Other locations in this chain can be hit or miss, but I?ve been genuinely impressed with this one. Read more

Never have had a problem with this Chipotle but maybe today the staff was just off. I ordered 3 tacos, and usually they put them... together for you I mean that?s why you go out to eat so you don?t have to build or make your own food? Well today I made my owntacos at Chipotle. They gave me the shells and and everything I wanted in them came as sides. I got charged extra for my sideswhen they are usually included. So I get my food, make my tacos, and eat. Then bringing my trash away I was amazed at the trashcan. Hopefully today?s experience was just because of the staff but wow that place sucked. Read more

I?ve been getting delivery from Chipotle for the past five years, and every single order is off. The first order had a strip of... plastic in my burrito. I took a picture and reported it to the company and I never heard back. Other orders have had missingthings like the meat, salsa, guacamole, etc. Most recently, I ordered a burrito bowl with extra lettuce and received probablythree pieces of lettuce on top. Also ordered a kids meal with a meat and the meat was missing. I?ve tried calling them but noone ever answers. Also, the bag the food was delivered in was not taped sealed as it was supposed to be.
