If you ask for a cold brew coffee make sure it's cold brew they will give you ice coffee That is super bitter

I go to dunkins every morning and today I tried this location instead of my regular. WOW. They were SO BUSY. The line was at... least ten cars long so I went inside and there was 5 people in front of me. When I say impressed, I mean impressed LOL all ofthe staff were so kind even though they were BUSTING A$$! They got through the line so quickly and made my coffee and food withno mistakes. I spoke to 3 different staff while ordering/receiving my order and they were just so kind, it was really refreshing Read more
I'm not sure how but every time I come here my coffees aren't made correctly.... my boyfriend gets a med CS cream only and today... it was completely missing the cream. I get a med ice 1PS 1MS 2 creams only and they happen to always put 3 pumps of each flavor.It gag inducing... I dont want that much syrup in my drink. I worked at dunks for several years... employees need to know thereare supposed to be 3 pumps total in a medium unless specified otherwise. It doesn't change when there are multiple flavors. Iwould mind so much of there was just an extra shot of syrup but 6 pumps of syrup is nasty. Two stars because they are nice...just very inconsistent and its frustrating coming home and realizing my drink is made wrong again. I hate having to mix up hotcoffee to try and 'water' down the syrup. Read more
Ordered a box of 25 munchkins with no plain and no jelly. Open it up to find only chocolate glazed and powdered donuts. Wheres... the glazed, blueberry, coconut, etc? Waited in line for 10 minutes for this disappointment. Read more
I visited at 11:00 am on a Sunday morning. This was a very busy location but they were amazing. The store was clean and... organized. The staff works very time efficiently. There was minimal to no wait at all , our order was out to us fast and was100% accurate. Kudos to the staff at this location. Job well done!!! Read more
This Dunkin' donuts definitely deserves a five-star rating. Caution when entering don't do a u-turn at the light you can't get... in the drive through that way. One of the best macchiatos I think I've ever had made perfectly, extremely nice workers. Read more
