Very friendly, fast speedy service!
I normally love this Dunkin and only go to this one because they always make the drinks right, but lately the workers have been... extremely rude. As someone who worked at a Dunkin I know that during certain points of the day can be hard and stressful butthat doesn?t mean it?s okay to be rude. From experience there may be a lot of requests that happen at the window, it is annoyingbut you just have to smile and say okay. So I sent my wife in with a 100.00 dollar bill bought a leg coffee and a small when my wife came back there was 10.00 dollars... short .I went in spoke to the manager gave her the money back and slip she counted it and said I did not give you the money Igave it to the lady .I got my wife who had no money on her and I had 800.00 on me in 100.00 dollar bills clearly she made amistake which was ok we are all human.I asked her to count her drawer she opened it and threw my receipt and my 10.00 dollars atme then a old lady behind the counter started screaming something at me.These people are clearly thief?s and have no respect forthe public Read more
