We (my family and I) got to the restaurant at 5pm for our reservation. We got sat down right away. The atmosphere is big than I... thought. You can a lot of parties as in birthdays, weddings, corporate events and etc. The first order was the appetizer whichwe had cheese steak spring rolls. It was delicious and would recommend to anyone to try it. The dinner entree which we haddifferent dishes like salmon, burger, wrap. I had 16oz ribeye steak which was the best juiciest and cooked steak. I complimentthe chef for a job well done and gets 90,000 stars for excellent food prepared. Our waitress Melissa did a great and excellentjob this evening. She substituted some of the side orders for us. She brought the appetizer first to eat. She came by often tosee how we were doing with the food and we said it was excellent. I give her 100,000 stars for a job well done and keep up withthe great work she is doing in the restaurant. If I saw the owner and general manager in person, I would tell them that thisrestaurant is to be recognized for the work and recommend to anyone who should come to eat here at Murphy's. I give 500,000stars for this restaurant to be #1 in restaurant for Bedford NH. On a personal note, I think that the owners should open upNYC location so people can enjoy the night out with this kind of food especially family style. Read more
What a massive disappointment. Cocktails were watery and weak, my steak was EXTREMELY over salted, brussel sprouts were... undercooked and tasteless. My kid's pizza had undercooked crust and way too much sauce. My wife got the chicken, the meat wastasty but sadly the pasta was DROWNING in sauce. The dish looked like a bowl of soup. The staff were friendly and they did takethe steak off the bill since I didn't eat it. I definitely won't be back. Read more
I keep getting drawn back. I have attended many functions here. All have been very nice. The bar is more calm than most bars so... it is a place you can have a conversation. The little rooms are nice for a small gathering. The cauliflower appetizer was thebest. Read more
The drinks are fast, but the food is slow as a snail. Don't go there hungry cause you'll wait 45 minutes to an hour for the... food. Once the food arrives however, it tastes good from the anticipation. I probably won't go back if for the food. Music isnice through Read more
What a fantastic experience at Murphy's Taproom. In addition to enjoying time with our good friends, food was fantastic and... drinks were well poured. Ryan, our server, was a great addition to our evening and was very funny and entertaining. He rolledwith the jokes and kept them coming back at us while maintaining respect and professionalism. Was our first time here tonight and I can only say the experience and food was amazing! We were informed that they were short... staffed, but honestly you wouldn't have noticed, the two girls working, one which was our bartender were amazing!! Great energyand positive attitudes and constant smiles! And just a side note the meatloaf that was recommended was the best I have ever had!And the music was great! Great service and fried cauliflower. Very nice restaurant with a relaxed but elegant feel. Also got the french onion soup that... was not the best I've had (onions were a little under cooked) but maybe that's my bad for ordering French soup at an Irishrestaurant haha Read more
I set up a reservation for 8 people for a birthday dinner. We were seated in a semi private room on Saturday 10/22/2022. There... were issues with both our food and service. We had to wait a while for drinks and needed to flag a server down for another roundof drinks. We ordered a ton of appetizers at first, which took over an hour to come out (which is why we were desperate for moredrinks). A part of our order included 3 of the same appetizer (Tso Cauliflower) which all came out different. One order wascold, one order had barely any sauce and the third order came out as expected. In addition, several items were missing or notput in by the server. The server told us the kitchen was backed up and the manager would not come out but they would take itemsoff our bill that didn’t come (no kidding ????). After continuing to wait for drinks I had gone to find another server to askto have the manager come out of the kitchen to speak with us. Finally the manager came out to our table. As I was explaining ourissues there was no apology provided and the manager decided to interrupt me mid sharing my concerns stating “I am notdealing with this your whole bill is comped.” We did not expect that, we merely wanted this manager to understand ourfrustrations. While they comped the bill refusing to not deal with our concerns or offered apologies left me feeling that thebirthday celebration was ruined. I would avoid attending this location for any celebrations unless you want to be leftdisappointed. Read more
