So this Starbucks is the most convenient to my home. And I go here often?. However I was again reminded of a major point of... frustration. This Starbucks location, in particular more often than not messes up custom orders. Yes, I understand thatmistakes happen during busy times?.I get it. But no other Starbucks routinely messes up orders like Bedford. Quick story: I amdiabetic?. And I can *safetly* have a hot latte without having to compensate for the amount of sugar in a latte (milk alreadyhas carbs). Today I stopped in after gym-time and ?cheated? by ordering a 1-pump PSL?. But I was given a ?regular? PSL. Besidesbeing cloyingly sweet - it?s actually unsafe for me to drink without compensating for the insane amount of sugar. Of course, Ihad walked out to my car before I tasted it?. And was hustling home (so I couldn?t go back). I am writing this review to askmanagement to please remind your baristas of the importance of following special requests. This can actually be a safety/healthconcern?. I would truely love to order more than plain Lattes at Bedford Starbucks (lattes are always perfect, and never getmessed up!!) Wasn?t feeling well and went and online ordered a honey citrus mint tea which many refer to as the medicine ball, and the staff... who normally see me daily but because I have been under the weather noticed and made it a point to go out of their busy morningway and ask if I was alright and even asked if I wanted an extra tea bag since I am such a loyal customer. I was shocked. Younever get anything free without stars. But the Bedford River Rd location kicks @$$!!! Read more
The parking lot may be small and the area may not be the easiest to navigate out of, however, the service is always fast and... friendly. I rarely have anything wrong with my orders from this location! Read more
manage to mess up my drink twice after I had asked them to remake it. first time they gaved me an ice latte when i had asked for... hot. second time they practically gave me hot water. Read more
They are always great here! Even when an order goes wrong they are so quick to fix it with no questions asked. Not to mention... how friendly and efficient they are. Keep up the great work. Read more

Ordered to go from the app and it gave me no problems. The drink was perfect and as I ordered it. This place also uses the new... iced drink lids that dont require a straw (I accidentally grabbed one out of habit. Remember to use less straws and save oceanlife) Read more
Placed a mobile order for pickup through the drive thru, when getting to the window I was told I was needing to come inside... without them even checking if it was ready, explaining my situation to the manager she was smiling at me like I was ridiculousfor being upset that they couldn't just make my drink all for my drink to be available anyways and could have been handed to methrough the drive thru.
