GREAT FOOD BUT? Way too Quiet in restaurant. Makes it very uncomfortable to dine.. You could hear a pin drop. JUST ADD MUSIC! I... would go here all of the time if it wasn?t so dead quiet in there. So disappointed!! My daughter and I wanted some sushi, we were headed to Marshalls & Kohl?s so we figured we?d stop at Taipei.... We haven?t been here for about 10 years and I?m glad seeing how they run things. Service was rude, we went through the menu anddecided on what we would order,chicken wings crab Rangoon and two separate orders of sushi for the price range in our budget andcost on the menu, when we got the bill everything was two dollars more??? I had questioned the waiter he told me to talk to themanager, ok..when I did speak to the manager he?s said ?you?re the only one complaining? I explained ?this is fraud? people needto know the price. Cross out the the old amount and put the new amount on your menu He stated ?we?re waiting we?re waiting forthe menus ? You can?t tell people it?s one price and then charge them two dollars more each item or whatever the extra is. Iknow things have gone up but that?s fraud so he made me deduct it myself! I had to go through and deduct everything, he didtake it off my bill but not a good thing. After we left my daughter said the people at the other table were calling me a Karen.Really!!! Eating out now a days is a luxury and you go in stating how much you think you?re going to pay or wanting to pay andwhen the bill comes and it?s an additional $10 that you?re not expecting then that is wrong. ?It?s like everything else people, If We Don?t Stand UP For What?s Right then NOTHING Will Get Done!!! e?In ever aspect especially when it?s coming out of yourpocket , and if they can?t just update their menu or put a sign on the door stating the cost is gone up our prices are notcorrect. I placed an order and asked for delivery. When I went to leave a tip before the delivery was made the driver told me ?that?s not... 20%. You leave 20% or no delivery you pick up yourself? I get times are tough but they are tough for everyone. I already placeda $40 order and added a 15% tip. I will never do business with this restaurant again! Read more
The food, as always was delicious. Even the lunch portions are generous. I haven't had a bad dish here. My current favorite is... the sesame chicken. It is so light and crisp without heavy battering. Reasonable prices. Read more

Didn?t expect much coming in, but I was pleasantly surprised. Beef and broccoli, chicken and green beans, and sesame chicken... were all pretty good. Service was extremely fast - we must have had food within 10 minutes of sitting down. My only complaintwas that the chicken had some residual flour coating on it that tasted a bit strange, but otherwise it was a great experience. Read more

We?ve tried this place a few times since moving to the area last year and the food has always been great. The General Tao?s... chicken isn?t too doughy and is always properly cooked.
