Really cozy spot and amazing staff. Came through drive thru a few weeks back and waited around 10 minutes for chicken but I was... so pleased by the service that it hardly even shook me. There was a young white man that served me and he was very nice andcompensated for the wait and gave me a free turnover. What an awesome team!! Great job A&W team! Will most definitely be comingback. We have not had many positive experiences at this location mainly because of the attitude of the staff. This time, there was... an obviously new employee working with someone whom we've encountered previously, whom I assume was supervising. Our order hadto be repeated a couple of times, and we still didn't get all we ordered (pancakes). The coffee wasn't given in mugs, but intakeout cups (we ate in). When the supervisor arrived with our breakfast, my toast wasn't browned. I asked to have darker toast,she rolled her eyes, took it and brought it back with a less than pleasant look on her face, asking me if this was too brown. Ireplied that it was perfect, thank you. While we ate and there was a lull in customers, the newer staff person, was sitting on aside counter scrolling through her phone, and the supervisor was sitting at a table over from us with her feet up on the chair,and not looking very pleasant at all. We didn't bother re ordering the pancakes, we just wanted to finish and leave. I've triedthis location in the past also to drive through for a quick coffee. This location has yet to master quick and efficient at drivethrough. We've always been more than satisfied with the Damascus Rd location, who are pleasant, fast and efficient. I've timedtheir drive in window service recently, and they had each customer through in less than 2 mins! If you want good service,Damascus Rd would be my choice. Read more
I had ordered two burgers through the drive through and my order was made incorrectly so I went in to ask for it to be fixed and... when I did I was treated with attitude and disrespect by a man. I will not be coming back! Usually the service is fantastic butthe man I dealt with today was very unkind. He was rolling his eyes, and complained to the girl who took my order because I cameback to have it fixed, he spoke loudly so I could hear him. Read more

I give 3 stars for friendly service and freshness of food?however they lose 2 stars because of the wait times. Drive thru is... pretty slow and they take a while to take your order. Every time I order an apple turnover I am told 5-8 minutes wait, beyondmeat burger usually 10 min wait and if they ask you to pull up ahead to the door you usually end up waiting double those timeshaha. Anyway just my thoughts. I so like this location and the food is always fresh so I can?t complain about that. Read more
