If there was an option to give this restaurant a review that was more than five-stars, it would be given without hesitation.... Although I have not had much Indian food within my lifetime, the food that Atithi Indian Restaurant prepared was phenomenal. Thesmell, taste, texture--everything--about the food is beyond superb. The price for this food was incredibly-reasonable, and theservice was excellent. The people who run the business are so, so sweet! BEST samosas I've found in town! The pastry is perfectly crispy and the filling is full of delicious flavours. The sauce that... comes with is just the cherry on top, so amazing!! The staff are very kind as well, there is nothing I can say besides goodthings! Read more
Really delicious; shared all the different puri dishes with friends (they come with 8 separate little bites) and it was such a... fun way to experience new flavours. Oh - and puris are super tasty but not spicy at all. Highly recommend. Read more
The lady at the reception is rude and doesn't want to take any feedback. Look at the amount of curd given with biryani and dahi... puri -1 spoon . It's better not to give it rather than offering 1 spoon. When I wanted to share a feedback with her, herargument was that all restaurants do the same and she was following what others did. This was my first experience with Indian food and I Love this place. The staff is super friendly and helped me figure out some... great dishes to try and I was very happy with all the food. My beautiful girl and I ordered the onion pakora, Dahi Puri, SamosaChat and Veg-Biryani, (which is missing from the photo.) My favourite was either the Dahi Puri or the Samosa Chat, but it wasall super tasty. We will definitely be eating here more often. Read more
We had a house warming party for approximately 30 people and we have given food order to Atithi Restaurant. They did fantastic... job as food was delicious ???? . They delivered it on time and everyone really liked it. In my opinion, It is the bestrestaurant in Halifax.
