We had a good experience last summer. My sister was visiting with her kids and one of the associates came out and held the... lobsters for the kids and let them pet it. Wonderful stuff, delicious lobsters and oysters! A very cute little gift section as well.
Staff is generally helpful and the place is always clean. The variety of fish is not always stellar but what they have is always... fresh. They always have loads of fresh live lobster, which is great but their frozen section contains a lot of really goodstuff like pre-prepared surf clams. They even have whole fresh octopus at times.
