We had a good experience last summer. My sister was visiting with her kids and one of the associates came out and held the... lobsters for the kids and let them pet it. They gave us good advice and we bought a lobster, a few oysters and sea scallops.Everything was good and cheaper compared to going to a restaurant. Read more

Staff is generally helpful and the place is always clean. The variety of fish is not always stellar but what they have is always... fresh. They always have loads of fresh live lobster, which is great but their frozen section contains a lot of really goodstuff like pre-prepared surf clams. They even have whole fresh octopus at times. We generally have a great experience here but the last two visits on the same weekend we were met with less than stellar... service. Totally curt and unwelcoming responses when we were spending over $100. The weekday staff were much better and talkedto us and showed us the different lobster grades and let us take pictures with the kids. The weekend staff actually told us nopictures suddenly. I had out of town guests who were just excited about being able to purchase lobster for $8.99. No need torain on their excitement. Not sure why there is such a big difference in service quality but hope they straighten it out. Read more

Great experience purchasing here. I told them I would be driving about 13-14 hrs back to Ottawa and they lacked the box with... some gel packs and told me to keep and eye on the gel pack and if anything just buy a bag of ice from the gas station. Greatservice and great lobsters Read more
