6 of us ordered take out for a poker night at a hotel, pepperoni pizza and garlic fingers. Garlic fingers were good, the donair... sauce was amazingly good , although we all liked the pizza it wasn't any thing to get excited about, pepperoni should have beenon top of cheese since its the star of the pizza to get cooked and crisped up,,, not hiding under the blanket ashamed, cold andslim balls. Ordered a large donair pizza and medium garlic fingers only to be given one half cup of donair sauce for both. When I asked... them for more sauce I was charged an extra $7.50. Pizza is really good but its a ripoff. Read more
This is by far the absolute worst place I have ever ordered food from. I live within 4 blocks of this restaurant and have waited... over an hour and half for food multiple times. I have had to reheat my food in the oven after waiting that long because it?s icecold. I?ve received wrong items and been told ?that?s what you ordered? when clearly on the online receipt it states that it?snot what I ordered. I?ve tried to speak to management on multiple occasions at this location and been told he?s off or notworking. There is never a supervisor or anyone that can handle customer issues. The staff are argumentative, they do not listento feedback and constantly blame the customer and take zero accountability. As someone who?s been eating at Kenny?s in capeBreton my whole life it?s embarrassing that this restaurant has the Kenny?s name above it. It?s a shame really because the food( when hot) is excellent but the service is unimaginably poor. Read more
First time getting takeout from Kenny?s. Overall impression is great! Place was very clean, workers were all focused, organized... and on task! Place smelled great! Very friendly. So now to taste. Garlic fingers were the best that I have had since moving backto Nova Scotia! Pizza was great as well, still piping hot when we got it home. Very pleased with pricing also. Will certainly beback. Purchased a slice of pepperoni pizza and can of pop deal for $5.00. The food was good but what really stood out was the customer... service. The young man who took our order was so great with all the customers. As my daughter and me ate our meal I could herehis interactions with the other customers. He was genuinely kind, polite and even new a few by name. You don't see great servicelike this often and it really stood out last night when we had our pizza at Kenny's. Read more
Large donair was the size of a pizza pocket, Was not grilled, not real nonair meat. Very very small. Worst donair I ever... had. Other Kennys locations are great!. Don't go to The Bedford Location. Read more
