Used drive thru, had to go back into store as they got entire order wrong. Was marked correctly on the receipt, but not even... close on the actual order. Dod this twice, because I foolishly trusted they would get it right the second time. I was in factwrong. Read more

This is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. Staff and clients acted like they have never seen a child before. I... felt that I just took my kids to a fine dining resturant. It is McDonalds, relax people, kids are loud and there is no mutebutton. Trust me, i would have bought one if they sold it. Read more

Food was good, just had wait 4 min before lunch was available. Can you believe that 4 min. I had to leave the drive through and... wait 3 minutes. And back in line. The food came right away which tells me it was ready when I went the first time to order. AlsoI ate in the parking lot and low and behold it was just warm not hot... they should be able to go from one menu to another thatclose to the time. Is it not 2023????? Read more

Food was room temp. Went back in they gave me another room temp hash brown. Coffee was hot. Food and service sux. This is my... last visit here. Shame too, been going to this same McDonalds since 1977. Read more

I ordered two hotcakes meals at around 10:30 today morning. On reaching home, I realized that I didn?t get my hash brows in the... bad despite of paying in full for both the meals. The staff was barely attentive and prepared well to serve the customers. Beingnot cautious at all, they didn?t give my my parts of my stuff that I had ordered. Too disappointed because no one orders a mealto have just parts of it and not all the components. Never going back to this location again. Too disappointed! Read more

Typically they're really good and go the extra mile for customers with special needs, however I downed their stars as their wifi... went out for a few days and I asked about it and they were really rude to me and told me they didn't know what was wrong, so Iasked of anyone knew what was going on or if I could get the offer without the app as their wifi wasn't working, I was just tolda flat out no, which I really don't believe was fair as all I wanted was a dollar drink that any other year you can just order. You need to train your staff to reset a modem, it's not rocket science or make dollar drinks available to EVERYONE. Read more

Terrible customer service from Nour - snotty attitude and dirty looks the entire time we were ordering. We ordered two meals,... one additional sandwich, and a latte. She informed us that the latte cannot be part of a meal, which is why we ordered itseparately. When we got the order, there was only one cup for the fountain drink and the latte. When we questioned this, shesaid that actually the latte can be part of a meal, therefore we only got two drinks. So I said, "Ok, but we should have beentold that." In response, she shrugged and gave us a dirty look and walked away. Read more
