There is one server there that is amazing and I'd give 5 stars if service was like that normally. But today sadly, different... server and I walk in at 1045pm, the sign said open and hours say open til 12. People are drinking, I sit down at bar and see noserver. About 5 mins go by and a lady comes out from back and hurriedly starts capping draft things and cleaning up, she nevereven acknowledged me sitting there looking up at her every few seconds trying to wait for a drink. She never stopped to evensay we're closed or give me a few mins or whatever, just walked away from bar and started doing other closing up looking stuffwithout saying anything. I finally just got up and left and as I walked passed her to leave I swear she gave me a look that saysshe knew what she did. Absolutely terrible, would put 1 star if that was my first visit but I guess I was lucky on the lastfew times and they had someone there that didn't completely ignore people. Read more
Service was brutal, slow and distracted. But the food was terrific! Surprisingly good and I will certainly return!
I love coming here because it?s close by, but the last 5 times I?ve been here..if not more lol.. you?re always closing early..... the servers always say ?it?s last call?.. an hour or 2 before close.. if you don?t plan on staying open even with a full bar,you should advertise different hours. One of the most out of pocket experiences I have ever had at an establishment. I had booked out the Karaoke room a few nights... ago for a friends birthday, and had made the reservation over a week in advance. We walked in for our 8pm reservation, and wetold the server/bartender we were here, and they said "Oh I hate the Karaoke." We laughed and weren't sure if they were seriousor not, but they then said "I'll go check on it for you." There were 10 of us waiting at the front door for 10-15 minuteswaiting for someone to update us on the room. Eventually the same guy came out and said "We can't get the system to work." Myfriend, who's birthday it was, said "No worries, we'll wait. Can we have a drink at the bar?" The server said "No like I don'tthink the Karaoke is going to work at all." And we all stood there extremely confused. It seemed to us that they did not wantserve us, or for us to be there at all. One of my other friends heard another server say to others who must have been regulars,as it was league night, something like "Ugh they're here for Karaoke but we didn't know." The guy server came back out and saidthat it was not going to work. I said, "Don't you think if there had been a reservation for this room for over a week that youwould check to make sure that the system was working? Or called to let us know before all of us came all this way?" And heliterally shrugged and walked away. Did not offer any apology, explanation or a solution to figure this out. I was shocked tosay the LEAST. As a group of servers, we are completely shocked by this service. It was degrading, embarrassing and downrightrude. If you hate the Karaoke room so much, don't have one? Or if it interferes with "league night" don't have it available tobook? So disgusting and none of us will ever be back, or will have a good word to say about this place. April 26/22 Apps were ok My burger was dry made worse by very little sauce on the burger. My brother and his wife did not like... the stir fry..had too much cabbage and not enough sauce or rice ( and rice was hard) The dessert!!!!!! When you only have 2desserts in your menu , they should be both delicious! My husband liked the cheesecake , although very small for 8 bucks. As faras the cookie , it was awful , the cookie was hard and had no taste , I would be able to get a better cookie at the cornerstone! And we paid $8!!! It started with them forgetting to put us down for a reservation. Then our server started slamming chairs down to accommodate... our party of 10. Once seated it took awhile for us to even be asked what we wanted to drink. Then it took awhile to get thosedrinks, then it took awhile for our orders to be taken, then it took awhile for our food to come. In between all of these thingswe were not asked how things were or apologized to for anything. Every worker was on their phones and chatting with each other.Then came our food?. Except my mothers. Our server asked if we needed anything else not even noticing my mother had no food.Once she was told we waited another 5 minutes and our server came running out with a bowl of fries for my mom and stated thechef was not happy with the first burger he made. Which wasn?t true. Obviously. Then bill time came. She had the wrong orders ondifferent bills. Argued with me about my bill which had a whole other meal on it. Came back with another bill with no differenceother then a pop taken off of it. Finally I got my right bill, and as I was paying, another server came up to our table andasked if we had used the stack of plates they gave us in the middle of the table. When she found out we didn?t she proceeded tosay ? ooooooo the dishwasher will be so happy they don?t have to wash these? and brought the plates back over to the shelf to beused again. Disgusting. The service attitude is very poor. The waitress puts her hand into the water glass when serving us water. There was a big gap in... the volume of the microphone, and he directly entered our private room rudely to turn down our voice because the neighborthought we were too noisy. , and this problem is because you did not do a good job of sound insulation during the decoration,which is not a problem that customers should bear.
