I love second cup and they usually make delicious drinks but the last two times I went; it was not good. Ice latte was not very... tasty, and the frocho was literally tasteless. Not a lot of choice when you don't drink coffee. Went at the end of the evening so took our drinks to the mall seating. The... store, on closing had lots of food left in the refrigerated area. When the staff left I saw mice running around just inside thedoorway! Will not be back. Read more

Ran down to get a frappe because tims was busy and was spoken to very ignorantly by a women with silver hair and sides of her... head shaved when I asked her if the latte was with the frappe she said did I take your order figure it out.
