I'm not sure why their hours say they are open until 7. They had everything closed up at 6:30 when I tried to get a sub the... other night. The one girl who always seems to be working is extremely rude. I normally tip anywhere I go as I work in the foodservice industry but I won't tip here.. half the time you go to the counter no one is there to wait on you OR they are so busydoing online orders they can't wait on in store customers because there is only one person working. Maybe im confused just if a store is open until 7 do they typically stop takkng money and making food at 630? Also seem like... after 530 this location starts to close and is always out if chicken and tuna. Also wondering if its typical practice to tellcustomers to wait while staff makes a phone call. We are here 3 nights a week and will never spend another dime here with theserive weve recieved week after week. Great service! Very friendly staff and my chicken sandwich was perfect. Just one lady working there but she?s doing her best to... take good care of each order. I order on my phone just to get a special offer and I could require extra tomato and cucumber. Thechicken breast was huuuge. Love it! Read more
Please update your hours. This is NOT the first time I've walked to the Sunnyside location to get my supper but it will be my... last. I get there at 6:33pm and it is already closed up?! (Google's states 7pm and when I asked google at 6:22pm it said itwas open for another 38 minutes. Please update you hours of operation! Read more
I'm surprised this isn't being better managed. Staff are working alone in peak business hours. Long lines and staff aren't not... multi tasking. With online orders there should be two people in. You shouldn't have to wait 20 mins to get served with only 3people in line. I've worked for subway and can see their training has gone down hill. This location is prime being in theSunnyside Mall food court a destination place to eat. You are missing out on many opportunities for your business. Read more
Just picked up lunch and used my points from my app because they told me they would expire. Got 2 dollars off. Then the girl... misheard me say I wanted a bottle instead of fountain drink and charged me an extra 2.98... how does that make any sense?! So mynormal meal cost 15 something and then I paid 12 something plus 3 dollars. Great system to scam your app users! Read more
June 25 at 9 30 a.m. ish ... I just got an English Muffin breakfast from this store in Sunnyside mall Last time when I got one... from the same store the lady who was a different person from today's asked me what kind of cheese I wanted and told me I couldchoose veggies and sauces.. Even the chain on Spring Garden road also had the same system of asking customers what they want toadd.... but this lady today.. she just put whatever cheese she wanted to put, didnt ask if I needed anything more and just gaveme an English Muffin only with the cheese, an egg, and bacons.. without any sauce or other veggies.. when I asked her about itshe told me I was supposed to tell her everything.. I was waiting for her to ask.. what if someone who never had any experiencewith Subway comes and orders something? It was so mean.. Subway's taste, team is kind and friendly. Got a 6"lobster roll for 20+tax with extra meat (see picture) not bad it does look... like lobster meat, this is about this price of a lobster roll in any restaurant in the atlantic. Don not miss the season it'slimited time only ! Read more
