Staff never have a sense or urgency, never receieve good customer service here. Not sure why this subway never participates in... Subways deals or coupons. I'd rather drive the short distance to the next Subway that has deals. Read more
Seeing an employee wiping his nose through the glass panels while we were walking in should have been enough of a tip for us to... walk away. Foolishly we went to the counter to order. I was skipped over to a man behind me (this was not at a busy time). Thestaff struggled with basic communication for what ingredients and how much to put in my husband's sub. English is not the firstlanguage of the staff, I realize this, but at least knowing the basics vocabulary about food should be expected. I decided I'dbe better off going elsewhere for my meal and did not purchase. Read more
