Really a shock that here chicken noodle soup changed the loved flavour to curry chicken soup. Not good and disappointing.

First off, I would like to say that I generally don't go to Tim's anymore because it has gone downhill dramatically since Burger... King bought it. A friend of mine wanted to go, so I went and was quickly reminded why I no longer go there. I ordered a largeearl grey tea, with 2 milk and 2 sugar with the bags left in. First my order was passed over and the person behind me receivedtheir drink before mine. We were standing there for several minutes so I went to ask about my order which was very simple andwas asked again what I ordered because they didn't know even though I had already paid for it. I told them again, and my tea wasmade right away. When I received it there was no sugar in it. I didn't take a drink until I was outside in the car. I didn'thave time to go back in to get another one so I just drank what I had which I did not enjoy. Normally I prefer black coffee, butI can't stomache how bitter their coffee is now. If you want good quality coffee at an affordable price, give A&W a try. I candrink theirs black with no problem. It really doesn't matter which location I go to either. Something always seems to happen soI have given up. I am only giving this a 2 star because the atmosphere was decent and the store appeared to be clean from whatI could see. If I am honest, I actually regret going there, but I won't be back if I can help it.p Read more

I went today and places my order the gentleman that took it said 6.00 please drive, when I got to the window the lady said 8.50... I said I was told 6 dollars and could I have a receipt. She gave mea dirty look and when I got the receipt I gave her 10dollars and she told me to have a good day. I said I need my order She said where is it, I said on the counter, she gave to meand was going to keep the change. Staff has gone down hill there. Read more

Plenty of seating, order is taken quickly, and lots of products available on display on Sat morning. Drive-thru available if you... need it. Store is clean and there is enough workers to go through your orders in an organized manner. Read more

Updating my last review as the service has improved for mobil pu, I noticed a new lady at the cashier that is actually on top of... her game, and as soon as I walkin to the pu area she asked me if it was for mobil pu ???????????? Thank you to the Team to workon improving tgeir service ! You are great guys keep up the good work???? ****Original review : "Service could be improved, itseems like online orders are not priority. That would ve great of they were placing your order in the pick up kiosk with thesticker on it saying your name and what you ordered. Often my order wasnt ready and I had to line up and ask for it then theywould prepare it. Very disorganised, but from what I understand they are under staff. Though I really love their decoration andfood is fresh and tasty" Read more
