Usually have always been good but last several times customer service has been awful. If you want people to notify you about... coupons when ordering and not when you pay....PUT A DANG SIGN UP! This is a pretty nice BK. I do mostly drive through and have had no problems with food quality. I think they have done a lot... better in the pandemic trying to stay more consistent than some other fast food restaurants in the area were able to. Covidcrippled the entire restaurant industry, anyone that was able to survive it gets my respect. Read more
Visited there today asked to have my impossible whopper put on the grill other than the microwave went to the window to pick up... my order I said was it put it on the grill she said I think so I said do you mind asking she told me I had an attitude don?thave an attitude with her I proceeded to tell her after I found out it was put on the grill I think them and I said just becauseyou?re bad day please don?t take it out on me Read more
Awful food. Doesn't even deserve one star. The fries were cold and so was the sandwich. I ordered a whopper with cheese,no onion... extra pickle and a medium fry. The sandwich was cold and with it being a special order,I was expecting a hot sandwich. It waslike it was sitting where they put the sandwiches and just gave it to the assembler and they picked off the onions and added afew more pickles. The cheese was even looking bad. The fries were even bad. A total waste of $17 and some change. I will nevergo there again. Even the manager had a bad attitude and was getting nasty with the customers. Horrible experience. Read more

Participates in BK Rewards. Was disappointed that the 2 for $5 special on the store window was not available on the app. App... wanted to charge 2 for $6. Can self order in store, but we like to Order with cashier. Used my code to earn the reward pointsfor this purchase and used the free upside (pay for medium Fry, get a large = .30 cents savings). Ordered Plain burger as partof 2 for $5 special for our dog. Came in special black container with lid that I used to add additional pet food for her toeasily eat from. Bathrooms clean & modern.
