Horrible! Do not order from this location. They took all of my information down incorrectly. Never showed up with my pizza.... Horrible place. They were so good when they 1st opened but now the people making ur food just don't care. We get the same order... every single time and the last 2 times they've messed our food up. Last night was the worst had to remake it 3 times bc the 1stone had onions and tomato on it then the 2nd one barely had meat on it and made sloppy and then had the nerve to say for the3rd one "pile it with mushrooms and sweet peppers to make it look like it has extra meat on" why do I pay 3$ for extra meat ifyou don't honor it. The people they hire do not care about the customers. While sitting there waiting had 3 other customers comein and check their food also bc their orders have been messed up also. The pizza was OK. The wings were nasty. Taco salad I had on a previous visit was good. Our order got messed up. I am chalking... it up to staffing shortages and new employees. I will give them another shot. I messaged about the wrong order and theyanswered in minutes. Read more
The pizza is good, but the wait. Come on. I ordered and was told 30 minutes and that was no problem, I showed up 30 minutes... later. I arrived to pick up my pizza and was told it wasn't done yet and when I asked how long it might be I was told "I'm notsure.". Um, okay. I went back in 20 minutes later and it still wasn't done.....total wait time was over 1 hour for a largepepperoni pizza. Read more
My girlfriend and I came in and ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizza's. They told us that our wait would be 20-30 minutes. We were... fine with that, they were busy so that amount of time wasn't a problem for us. We sat in the lobby and waited an hour. I went tothe window to ask why it was taking so much longer than what we were told. They ignored the fact that I was standing there.Wouldn't even look in my direction. They were sending out orders that were placed after our order. There is no reason that weshould have waited an hour just to be told that our pizza is just then going into the oven. Not when we had an easy and simpleorder. I will not be paying for food before the food is done. I will come back in the future but I will not pay when the orderis placed but rather when I actually get the food. Super awesome food,I'm truck driver an camped out in Bedford PA an called this place an wasn't sure what to get so just ordered... little bit of everything An turns out it is all awesome! An price was very fair,an a sweet lady delivered it right to my truckout on the 76 turnpike!
