very bad i order iced matches but he give me 80 % cup ice .

The WORST Starbucks experience I have had in the entire United States. I ordered an iced latte and it took over 20 minutes to... make. I had also ordered a Pumpkin loaf and asked them to warm it up. They forgot it next to the oven and it was just sittingthere. Had to wait again. Waste of money, time & energy. Avoid at all cost. Read more

America's slowest Starbucks. We ordered half an hour ago and they haven't even started preparing our drinks yet. Note that there... was no big line and it wasn't busy. There was a family of four in front of us. It took the staff 25 minutes minutes to get theirdrinks ready. We left in frustration without our drinks. Horrible service. Read more
