UNSATISFACTORY!!! Lately this restaurant has been going down a slippery slope.I see it’s under new management and this was... the worst thing they could have done. The quality of the food has plummeted and customer service is unsatisfactory. I orderedsushi, crab Rangoon’s and shrimp tempura. I asked for extra eel sauce and sweet and sour sauce for the crab rangoons. Insteadof giving me the sauce that costs them nothing they attempted to charge me a dollar for each sauce I asked for. I spent over $25dollars with them within this one order and they couldn’t give me SAUCE… the sushi that was supposed to be fried was SOGGYand the rangoons were hard.. this used to be the spot but now I wouldn’t go there even if it was free. This was a bad experience just because I went in with the expectation for a great meal. I picked up my order and got home ready... to eat only to find myself questioning the quality of my meat (real?/chicken?). Do not order from here! New management and food is not the same!???? our food smelled and tasted burnt seems like old burnt... grease was used a lot. Called and management was no helped all they said they have new chefs and that is how it tastes now“different seasonings”. If you like the taste of chemical and burnt smell than order here! Seeing what Sayuri Hibachi has done to that nice,... appetizing, full from the aroma Fresh Wok combination fried rice is nothing but an abomination. Please tell me, who uses groundbeef in fried rice? Sayuri Hibachi, I know you see all these complains about how awful your food is. Please anyone, did theprevious Fresh Wok owners open up another restaurant? They can’t just jilt on that amazing menu of theirs and hand overeverything to this nonsense Sayuri Hibachi of a new owner. PS: They don’t even deserve a one star.
