Went to watch the football game. Plenty of TVs and no problem watching the game we wanted. Service was fast, food was good. Even... after we had paid the waiter kept bringing us water. Went in on a Sunday, I anticipated location to be busy but was willing to wait. Walked in; waiting area was full, gave host my... phone number and was told I would receive a text when they were ready to seat us. Walked outside and waited in my car...cut to30 minutes later and parking lot is nearly empty. I still hadn't received a text. Walked inside an was immediately seated...Iasked host why I never received a text she stated she seen me leave outside so she assumed I left ???? not cool...what was thepoint in leaving my phone number? This was my first time dine-in experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Earlier I tasted their Traditional Wings with Thai Sauce from... one of their take away counters at Northlake and I didn't enjoy them as per my expectations. But this time at the Bedfordoutlet, I had an exceptional experience. Four of us hopped in here pretty hungry looking for lunch. And we were fully satisfiedwith the food, the taste and quality of it and the service. Each and every item was exceptional and are as listedbelow: Traditional Wings (10 pieces) with hot sauce - $10.99 Smoked Brisket Burger - $14.79 Southern Chicken Sandwich -$10.99 Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap - $11.99 Brisket Taco - $11.99 Every single item tasted delicious and are worth the pricewith more than enough quantities. First time I enjoyed food at a Buffalo wild wings. Staff attentive. Ac blow too cold for my taste...but would return
This location needs improvement by kitchen staff. We ordered 20 piece wings and queso dip. The chips tasted drenched in oil. The... lemon pepper wings had seasoning on 2 wings but not the other 5 wings. The lemon pepper seasoning was sitting at the bottom ofour pan. Our server did a wonderful job and went back to the kitchen manager to ask about a discount. The kitchen manager saidsince it?s just 5 wings he couldn?t give us a discount. Just haven?t heard of the customer not being right and a manager notcoming out from the kitchen to speak to customers about the situation. I think as a manager that?s very unprofessional andunprofessional to even have the server bring out that tray of mess. We spoke to another manager who manages the front part ofthe restaurant and he was willing to give us a discount for our bad experience. Most likely I will not be returning to thislocation. Although there have been a few bumps here and there with this location, they consistent. We like to get all flats and extra wet... and only when there is a chicken shortage do we ever have an issue with this request. Always like to pick up an order on BOGOTuesdays! Read more
Our service and food was excellent?. Unfortunately, the management was not. We came to watch a football game and over the course... of 4 hours we were severed 3 drinks and 3 shots each. As we were seated watching the last quarter of a football game the manager(Freddy) came over and told us we could not order anything else. This is truly the most bizarre circumstance as it wasunprompted. B dubs is one of our favorite places to enjoy a game, but sadly this will be the last time. Read more
