Just incompetent. Ordered online and was charged for what I ordered, did not receive the proper size drink, nor the sweet potato... fries. Tried calling, they did not answer the phone and it went to voicemail, which the in box was full and not receivinganymore messages, most likely due to poor orders like mine. It's quite a simple order, with no special instructions, just notsure how it can be screwed up this poorly. Only time, and the last time I will order from them. Read more

Went here for lunch with 5 co-workers around 11am September 1st. Service was fast and staff was accommodating. I ordered the #2... with bacon and sweet potato fries. Easily accessible with our 26ft vehicles. Very good. Thank you. Read more
My burger was soaked in grease, bottom bun was soggy from absorbing the grease. Got very little fries considering how expensive... a meal is here.. Gave it 4 stars for the awesome service though. Read more
This was my second visit to burger street and it was even better than the first time. The burger was absolutely delicious and... the curly fries were cooked perfectly. When we walked in I saw two younger guys maybe early 20's working and I automaticallyassumed that either the service or food would be less than what I was hoping for. I have to apologize for that. I'm not normallya judgmental person so idk why I automatically assumed anything but let me tell you, the two guys working were delightfullywonderful. They were positive, friendly, and upbeat. It wasn't a forced attitude, they were not just putting on a smile to getthrough their day. They were sincerely awesome young men. I wish I had gotten their names to give them a recommendation to theirboss but I will go back and remedy that tomorrow. To whoever you were that served and cooked for us tonight, thank you very muchfor making me put myself in my place mentally and reminding me not to judge a book by its cover. And like I said in thebeginning of this review food was delicious!! My fiance couldn't finish the double cheeseburger and I saved half mine for laterthis evening. Definitely worth every penny. I?ve eaten at Burger Street dozens and dozens of times over the years. The food has always been five star and the service as... well. I ordered food here yesterday (6-13-2022), again the food was five star, but the service was a 0. The girl taking myorder was just unfriendly, nasty, with an evil look on her face. It was a really strange experience. I?m sorry but food qualityisn?t the only thing that counts, service counts too. Fast food isn?t cheap anymore, and I can make my own hamburgers at home. Burger Street lost a customer. I?m never going back. I expect pleasant service when I?m spending my hard earned dollars. Read more

Friendly and fast service. Very good burgers, great onion rings, and the tots are decent. I wish they used a different Ranch... supplier, as that was the only ?let down? of the meal. Other than that, very solid! Will be going back. Read more
