Annoyed I work in the area and have gone several times but they aren't good at having consistent portions. I order barbacoa bowl... and the guys take 2 small piece and asks if that's enough the girl next to him told me that's their portions but I paid for a2nd portion and she went heavy. My issue is I shouldn't have had to pay that much extra to get over the amount I should'vegotten for the original price instead of spending a little over 20 for my sister and I I ended up paying a little under 40because of this foolishness. Long line as the first person on the line was preparing a large online/ app order. Wouldn't have bother me so much but he didn't... acknowledge us a quick 'we'll be with you shortly' would've made the 15 minute wait more bearable. Read more
Everything was absolutely perfect! As a former employee who has been disappointed with almost every location I tried in the past... year, I almost gave up on the place entirely. But I saw the positive reviews for this location recently and I'm sure glad I gavethem another shot. This is the chipotle I know and love! We frequent Chipotle and we both believe that this is the best one in the area. The staff has always been courteous and... friendly. Food has always been flavorful and fresh and not overcooked/burnt like many other locations. Definitely recommend thislocation. Read more
Worst customer service. They don't greet, they don't thank you, no staff friendliness, service with worst attitude , 2 specific... ladies, specially this black lady. She got attitude ???? all the time...Gave her chances to improve but no change. You can seeher in pics i posted, AVOID ORDERING AT THIS LOCATION. Went here for the CJH Band fundraiser last night. These guys are fast - the line was to the door when we got there, but we were... walking out the door about 10-12 minutes later with 4 meals.
