Fred, I challenge you to a Philly cook-off my Philly versus your philly. I too am from the tri-state area, and I've had many... Philly cheesesteaks in my time. I've had your philly and on a scale from 1 to 10 your's is a 3. No seasoning, dry flavor, grilledbun, And I found grisell in the last one of yours I tried.meat has no flavor you over cook it it's not ment to be browned. Socome on let's do it.!!! I can't believe this place, they took the advice of One customer who didn't want seasoning on theirmeat. And since that comment now they have you season it after they've cooked it and put it together. This is not how to run abusiness, if that person doesn't want seasoning on it that's their choice. You don't just cut the seasoning just because of oneperson if you had 20 saying that then I could see that. I've sent many people to sample your food, they keep coming back to minesaying how much mine tastes so good that they can't understand why they can't find one here in Texas that's nearly as good andmade properly and correct. However out of the places I've tried and yours is the one that comes closest not in flavor just inappearance. Also one other thing the bread you're using I don't know if it's amaroso, but if it is it's frozen and you thoughtout and that's it. You need to throw them into the oven to firm up the outside and keep the center pillowy soft. But you guysdon't do this and that's why your bread on the outside looks all wrinkled and crinkly. Hey Fred, do some research and you willimprove your sandwich immensely. Read more

Is this place open? I've stopped by twice the last few days & they've been closed for business. *** Update*** To the owner:... Sorry for your loss. I understand NOW that you're dealing with something difficult, no need to get defensive. I simply asked ifthe business was open. The sign on the door said "closed for the day" when I last saw it. The name is Eb. Take care! Read more

Best Philly steaks I've every had! I always get the #4 (it honestly taste like a white castle burger which is a bonus because... Texas doesn't have a whit castle and ive misssed it so much) And they have spicy Mozzarella sticks that are so damn good I couldeat those all day. Um the hockey pucks are good and not too spicy. I can't wait to try the eggrolls. But everything I've trieddidn't disappoint. Read more

Want to get a cheeseburger with Philly cheese steak on top? This is your place. Meaty and cheesy. The hot sauce is good, too.

It used to be amazing but the last time I got the chicken Philly a few weeks ago, the chicken was extremely dry like it was old... or had been sitting out for days. Sadly I won?t be back. Read more

The Staff is really nice and the cheesesteak has great but the steak juice made the bread soggy only downside
