DATE: November 16, 2022 @7:00am WORST MCDONALD!!!! Service was terrible!!! Drive thru was terrible!!! I could literally hear... people arguments inside!!! Extremely slow at taking order, we weren't able to enter inside to order, a woman literally try toget someone inside attention and they didn't care to open the doors. Literally twenty cars waiting for drive thru!!!! Awfuldrive thru speaker, they literally need to replace those speakers for better audio input and output. Some of the worst burgers you can buy. But they are quick and efficient. They should just serve breakfast, they at least know... how to do that. Read more
The drivers in the drive thru, are always in their own worlds. The line at Chick-fil-A moves faster. Not the worker's fault, the... drivers are just very slow and entitled. Read more
I just purchased lunch from this McDonald's location and I am disappointed in the service. I frequent the area but this was my... first time eating at this location. My food looked like it was thrown in the bag. The burger was half wrapped and the fries werepoured all over the bottom of the bag. On top of that, the fries were cold and stale. For a McDonald's I was pleasantly surprised. From the clean bathrooms to the super friendly service this was an exceptional... McDonald's experience. What really made me smile was this was the first time I've ever had a piping hot burger from McDonald's.Yes I'm serious, my free, after rewards points, quarter pounder was hot fresh and tasty. McDonald's has stepped up their game lately! Last few times I ordered the nuggets were freshly made and so were the fries plus... they haven't been overly salted lately. The owners don?t care about the customers or employees. Talked to one of the managers after being frustrated the lobby was... closed and had to jump in a long drive thru line to pick up my food. Apparently the owners could care less about running a solidoperation. I feel bad for the employees, honestly. Go to the location on Spur instead. Read more
